Are there any bacterial strains that are good for the skin?
If you’re unhappy with your skin, then we recommend some of our selected OMNi-BiOTiC® products. OMNi-BiOTiC® 10 AAD contains bacterial strains that help displace unwanted germs. OMNi-BiOTiC® STRESS Repair consists of special bacterial strains that counteract general irritation.
Do the intestines first have to get used to the good bacteria bacteria?
If your intestinal flora has already been exposed to severe conditions, then we recommend slowly increasing your daily dose over several days (starting with a pinch) to prevent bloating and other digestive problems. However, such complaints only arise in 5% of all users.
Can I only dissolve OMNi-BiOTiC® in water?
Due to its pH-value, water is the perfect liquid to activate the dry frozen bacteria. However, milk, yoghurt and tea also do the trick in rehydrating OMNi-BiOTiC®. Just please be aware of the following:
- The liquid that you use to dissolve OMNi-BiOTiC®,
- shouldn’t be warmer than 40°C
- can’t be coffee, alcohol or any other beverage with an acidic pH-value (e.g., coke, fruit juices, vinegar)
- should contain no or as little carbon dioxide as possible.
How tolerable is OMNi-BiOTiC®?
Generally, OMNi-BiOTiC® is very well tolerated. It only contains bacterial strains that are naturally found in the intestines of healthy people and are regularly tested according to the highest quality and safety standards. However, since every person and microbiome are different, the intestines sometimes need other bacterial strains than those that are currently being taken. In these cases, we recommend swapping to a different OMNi-BiOTiC® product.
How long should I take the recommended OMNi-BiOTiC® product?
To really feel a difference, we recommend taking OMNi-BiOTiC® for at least 1 month or for the length of time it was prescribed to you by your doctor. The length of your OMNi-BiOTiC® intake depends on the state of your intestines, your age and lifestyle. As a general rule of them: Take OMNi-BiOTiC® for 1 month for every year that your intestines were under excessive strain. All of the bacterial strains in the OMNi-BiOTiC® products fulfil high-quality criteria and are naturally found within the human body. That is why you can use them for longer periods without any worries.
Are OMNi-BiOTiC® products also suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
In principle, yes: OMNi-BiOTiC® products contain no animal proteins. Only OMNi-BiOTiC® metabolic contains minimal amounts of lactose (roughly the equivalent of 4 drops of cow’s milk).
Can I take OMNi-BiOTiC® despite a food intolerance (histamine, fructose)?
OMNi-BiOTiC® products contains various fibres, such as fructo-oligosaccharides and inulin, that act as a special source of food for the bacteria. These are a natural food source for the intestinal bacteria and are found in minimal amounts (much less than is used in a clinical breath test to provoke a measurable reaction) in OMNi-BiOTiC® products.
By extending the activation time to 30 minutes, the bacteria break down their food (= fructooligosaccharides, inulin) almost completely so that only single molecules of these substances reach the intestines. The bacteria in OMNi-BiOTiC® are also genetically analysed to determine whether they can produce histamine. We only use bacterial strains in our products that can’t produce histamine and can, therefore, be taken without a problem by individuals who suffer from histamine intolerance.
Can I take OMNi-BiOTiC® with other supplements or medication?
Yes, you can! OMNi-BiOTiC® products only contain bacterial strains that are naturally found in the human intestines and have no chemical ingredients that could cause any interactions with drugs.
Can I combine two different OMNi-BiOTiC® products together?
Without a problem! For example, you can take one OMNi-BiOTiC® product in the morning, and a different one at night. You should just avoid mixing two different OMNi-BiOTiC® products in the same glass since every bacterial combination is precisely balanced, each with their own “favourite foods” in the matrix.
